Radley Smith is now back on his ranch after his minimal invasive scoliosis surgery in India. “I’m pain free and wish I had known about this procedure choice years ago,” Radley remarks. Here eh share his journey was painful to pain free life.

Radley is a hard worker and enjoys staying active all his life. Few of his favorite activities include working with cattle on his ranch and riding horses. Radley had struggled with back ache because of scoliosis for decades. Treatment for his spine condition, referred to as rotoscoliosis, included a traditional spine fusion surgical operation performed in 2002. The surgery provided Radley about ten years of relief. Unfortunately, his back pain symptoms returned. The surgeon in UK explained to Radley that there was not much that would relieve his symptoms permanently.

So Radley carried on managing his signs by using restricting activity and taking anti-inflammatory to assist with the pain. He was resigned to living together with his signs and symptoms for many years. Even though he nevertheless looked forward to a day when could yet again work on his ranch and ride horses — without pain. Radley visited another doctor but again was not given much hope for permanent relief of his symptoms. The doctor suggested physical therapy. By now, Radley’s pain symptoms were greatly interfering with his quality of life. Because of his symptoms, even the most primary activities which include standing, taking walks and riding had been extraordinarily hard. It was the answer he needed.  Next day, Radley had the two-step procedure.

Through a small hole in Radley’s side, Dr. Arvind Kulkarni inserted a tiny video camera and a slender tube, reaching the deformed area of Radley’s lower spine. Through the tube, he slid scaffolding into place, repositioning Radley’s misaligned vertebrae. Next, he made an incision in his back, through which he inserted two rods and a few screws to keep the vertebrae secured.

Valentina Jenkins Successful Cervical Cancer Journey To India

Vigilance. It’s the key to detecting concerns approximately your health before they become large, life-changing complications. Vigilance means when something doesn’t appear quite right; inform your physician. And usually stay current with advocated screenings. They could save your life. For Valentina Jenkins, 34, vigilance combined with state-of-the-art surgical standards and attentive, compassionate care in India, stopped cancer.

As the mother of a busy teenager, Valentina is knows taking care of her health affects her daughter’s well being, too. She continues up with medical doctor’s visits and health screenings such as having the cervical most cancers screening, called a pap test, as part of her gynecological exam. After a routine appointment at OB/GYN in the US, Valentina was surprised when her caregiver, called to say she had some suspicious cells. "I wasn’t super concerned,” says Valentina. Valentina was referred to a new gynecologist at OB/GYN, for an additional in-office screening test called a colposcopy or punch biopsy. Valentina was stunned when she received the results. She had cervical cancer.

“As We all are aware of the skyrocketing high medical fees in my home country the US, so we were forced to look for other options outside with lots of hesitation, So we start searching for…low cost cervical cancer surgery …another countries like.. In India…in Thailand…Dubai we tried to search that, but we have got a lot of information, a lot of information, from the hospitals, from individuals, and we have a little bit confused at that time. And while browsing on the internet, I have seen a website, which is called forerunners healthcare consultant... and then I tried to send them the situation, the reports for them and I’ve got a lot of responses which are more sensitive, which are more reasonable, and which are detailed… and I was like, even though I have seen a lot of other websites of companies who gave us…information.

I was very impressed with the…reaction of the forerunners healthcare team. And at last, after comparing everything, I started to follow the forerunners healthcare consultant information. And I have got details of my medication, my possible cause and low-cost cervical cancer surgery India …and even they called me and they discussed my condition very clearly and then finally I decided to go with them. I finally arrived for cervical cancer treatment and surgery in India received at the airport by a team member of forerunners healthcare consultant. And after checking in the hotel booked by them I was directly taken to the hospital where my appointment was already arranged for my cervical cancer treatment and surgery in India. I was scheduled for a method called a cold knife cone biopsy to determine the stage of my cancer and whether or not it was an invasive type.

Because I got regular screenings, I was able to catch cancer at a fairly early stage. The gynecologic oncologist in India, a specialist in cancers of the female reproductive system, and provided me with treatment alternatives in step with the most modern protocols. One recommendation was a hysterectomy carried out as a minimally invasive surgical procedure with help from the da Vinci robotic. I opted for the minimally invasive hysterectomy. I liked knowing there would be smaller incisions, and they wouldn’t be opening up my whole abdomen and leaving a big scar.

Here I got a very successful operation here. Since having the procedure, I had two six-month follow-up exams with good results and will continue to be monitored for five years. I appreciate the low-cost cervical cancer surgery India offered by forerunners healthcare consultant my experience cervical cancer treatment and surgery in India with my caregivers was extremely warm, understanding and truly cared for me.

Thank You,

Chemotherapy may be used after surgery for the total removal of cancer. Colon cancer is highly curable and treated in the early stages. Stage III colon cancers

In the third stage, cancer must have spread to nearby lymph nodes, but they have not spread to other parts of the body. The cancer further steps to categories that are staged on a complex combination of layers of the colon wall that are affected and how many lymph nodes have been attacked.

Stage IV colon cancer

Blocked Bile Duct Surgery- The Safest Surgical Procedure for an Infant

Hello everyone! I am Patricia, an IT professional from Australia. Being married for nearly five years, I was unable to conceive. The various doctors I consulted could not trace the exact reasons for it. But my baby “Karishma”, she came in my life as a miracle and filled my life with bliss and happiness. But my joy was short-lived as my baby angel suffered from jaundice just after two to three weeks of her birth. Getting her treated by the best pediatrician, made me all the more cautious about her health and I started to be a little extra careful with Karishma. But all my efforts turned fruitless as my baby doll started to suffer from jaundice recurrently and she showed very poor weight gain. Also, I noticed that her urine was dark-colored and her stools were clay-colored.

Anxious I reached my pediatrician’s clinic and described the symptoms in great detail. I wanted the doctor to do a thorough examination of my baby doll and ensure that she will be alright. The doctor patiently listened to me and advised me to undergo some tests along with the physical examination of my baby. On examining the results, the doctor only turned more and more serious and started speaking in a firm voice “You know the liver is one of the most important organs of our body and it produces “Bile” – a yellowish-brown to greenish colored fluid whose primary function is to assist digestion especially of lipids in the small intestine. There is a small bag like an organ called the “Gall Bladder” which is situated near the liver. The bile though is continuously produced by the liver, is stored in the gall bladder and hence bile is also called by the name “Gall.” This bile is transported to various parts of the body like the intestines, kidneys, and stomach. If these ducts are absent altogether by birth or if they are very narrow or blocked due to inflammation this condition is called as “Biliary Atresia.”

“Can you explain in detail?” I asked the doctor with a partial understanding of the disease.

“Biliary Atresia is a condition occurring only in infants. which is children below the age of one year. I am afraid, your baby Karishma suffers from this condition. This is a progressive disease which is also known as progressive obliterative cholangiopathy and extrahepatic ductopenia. Since the bile is trapped in the liver, it causes damage to the liver in the form of scarring or liver cirrhosis eventually leading to liver failure. This causes other functional disturbances like issues with constriction of veins and causes difficulty in the supply of blood.”

“How can it be treated, doctor?” I asked a lot of apprehensions.

“If the disease is in the initial phase, it can be treated by medications and vitamin-rich diets. If medications cannot cure it, then surgical interventions are needed. I recommend surgery for Karishma.”

“S—u—rgery?” I said stammering with fear of complications.

“Don’t worry, the Kasai Procedure is the most convenient and standard treatment for Biliary Atresia. In this surgery, the blocked bile ducts are replaced with a part of the baby’s small intestine. This will restore the normal bile flow and improve the child’s condition. This is one of the safest surgical procedures.”

I started looking out for available options, but the huge costs and long waiting time made me look out for other options. As a part of my desperate search, I came across Forerunners Healthcare Consultant, the most visited and most trusted consultants for Kasai Procedure. I filled up the free consultation form and there was a timely response with a teleconsultation from the most experienced and skilled surgeons from India. I trusted them and reached India within a few days and had my baby doll operated for blocked bile ducts Treatment in India. My angel Karishma recovered after the surgery due to the best treatment that my baby received. I will always be indebted to Forerunners Healthcare for their best and affordable treatment which breathed a fresh new life in my baby.

Thanking You

Dr. Rahul Bhargava Saved Life of A Sudani Girl Amal With A Bone Marrow Transplant

Commonly New Year’s Eve is accompanied through fanfare and celebration in anticipation of a better year. For 13-year-old Amal Guan, but, that night in 2017 no longer best ushered in a new year, but additionally released a perilous war with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) that almost took her life. Up until that fateful night, Amal had been quite healthy, regardless of a delayed diagnosis two years in advance of Asperger’s syndrome, a form of autism characterized by attention, learning and socialization problems.

"On December 31, 2017, I got a high fever and turned into listless, at first, we thought it is probably the flu, however, the next day we knew I needed to take to the hospital, my trip to the emergency room at local hospital of Sudan ended in a ten-day inpatient hospitalization. At that point, there have been numerous questions as to why 75% of my bone marrow was destroyed. It was postulated that an endemic of unknown origin had attacked my bone marrow. I returned home and felt much better until late March when I became extremely ill. Local children’s hospital hematologist diagnosed me as having AML, which is considered the most lethal type of leukemia because of its aggressiveness.

My doctor immediately initiated a treatment regimen involving five different chemotherapy agents. The chemo seemed to be helping me AML, but I developed multiple grave complications, including sepsis and a life-threatening gastrointestinal bleed. Entirely exasperated by all the futile efforts, my parents finally decided to look out for the best hospital outside Sudan, while searching on the internet, we came across the website of India cancer surgery service. Instantly, a query was posted on the India cancer surgery site and a case manager called them to assist further. The case manager took reports and shared us with some of the best hematologists in India, after which the opinion of some of the topmost hematologists in India was dispensed to us. Consequently, after going via the opinions in detail, we selected to get my treatment done by Dr. Rahul Bhargava is presently the director of hematology, pediatric hematology-oncology & bone marrow at the fortis hospital, Gurgaon. Soon, with the assistance of the case supervisor, the paperwork was finished and I arrived in India along with my parents and my appointment was prefixed with best hemato oncologist in India Dr. Rahul Bhargava, he took a meticulously listened to my case history and did a physical examination and ordered the required investigations.

Chemotherapy wasn’t enough for me. I would need a transplant. As I was the only child of my parents, there wasn’t an option for a biological match with a sibling or parent. And because of my ethnicity, there was less chance of a perfect donor match. Fortunately, it didn’t take long to discover a donor match for me and it was a six out of six fits, which is the highest for cord blood. I immediately underwent my bone marrow transplantation at Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon under the care of the best hemato oncologist in India Dr. Rahul Bhargava.

I experienced side effects from treatment, including losing hair, nausea and weight loss, from chemotherapy. In total, I received three rounds of chemo plus full-body radiation. From the transplant, I developed sores in my mouth and experienced fatigue. I came through all of that! After a week in India, we returned home to Sudan, pleased with the improvements in my conditions. Now more than ever I am looking forward to seeing a better life ahead, I carry on advice by Dr. Rahul Bhargava and the medication prescribed.

Indiacancer surgery service has helped us a lot during my treatment course in India; they presented me with all of the information which I should know regarding the specialists in India, treatment quotes and success during our first interactions that we had. Their devoted help is commendable and I wish them all of the good luck.”

Thanking you,

Amal Guan

Jeremiah Smith Enjoying the Simple Pleasures of Life After Pancreatic Cancer Surgery in India

Jeremiah Smith was Diagnosed with a Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor in 2017. He Shares his Experience of having Pancreatic Cancer Treatment in India.

I was forty-seven, in Good Condition but I had to lose about 25 kilos, so I started working with a personal instructor, in early 2018. It was in early April and I was performing some new core workout after I thought I might have pulled a stomach muscle. However that weekend I noticed that my stool has become a mild gray coloration. I shared this with my trainer, who refused to train me until I saw a medical doctor. When I saw my family physician he thought it might be a pulled muscle but ordered a few primary tests simply to rule out more critical problems. After receiving the reports my doctor in the US told me that I had Pancreatic cancer.

On May 2, 2018, we met with an experienced pancreatic surgeon in the US.  Who suggested the choice of receiving chemo remedy prior to surgical treatment however, indicated that the medical professional jury remains out on which one is nice to do first, surgical procedure or chemo. Because my tumor did now not affect any blood vessels it seemed the logical aspect to do turn into getting it out before it grew or spread, and then does the chemo. But we were not satisfied and my wife suggested we should go for the second opinion and we took our search to Google, where we learned about cancer treatment, is very advanced at affordable cost and at that time it sounded like music to our hears but at the same time we were little concerned to get the treatment thousands of miles away from home and family and we had never been to the country before so we decided to make our search more intense about Pancreatic Cancer Treatment in India which brought us to forerunners healthcare consultant.

My cancer was locally advanced Stage III, but was inoperable due to the involvement of a blood vessel. The surgeon referred me for chemotherapy and radiation and told me to get my affairs in order.
